SECTION 3 - Game Play
Little League (up to age 12) plays on 60 foot bases. The Pony's (ages 13 and 14) currently play on 90 foot bases just like major league baseball and the junior high and high school leagues. Several years ago, the Pony's used to play on 75 foot bases and the Colts (ages 15 through 18) played on 90 foot bases because the feeling was that the 90 foot bases were too far apart for the 12 year old players coming out of Little League to the Pony's at age 13.
Should the Pony's go back to playing on 75 foot bases?
Were you informed far enough in advance of the dates and times when games were scheduled to be played?
